Amazing experience today at Stripped Burnaby. It’s been a while since I have had a wax and since the moment I walked in to the wax bar I felt welcomed and comfortable. I had Vanessa do my wax for me and she was absolutely amazing! She explained to me everything she was doing, shared light conversation with me to keep me comfortable and then explained in detail the aftercare so I would get the most of my wax. I already booked my next appointment and I can’t wait!

The receptionist (Farah), at the front desk is amazing! She always provides exceptional customer service! Today in particular, I was waiting for my appointment and I overheard her on the phone with several clients. She exhibited immense patience and went above and beyond to help out a potential client.
Always a nice experience. Today my appointment was with Vanessa and she was great! She made conversation with me the whole time to distract from the pain and checked on me regularly to make sure I was doing ok.
I went to Stripped Burnaby and saw Vanessa! She was amazing! She made sure that I was comfortable and answered any questions I had. She's super friendly and reminded me of the aftercare process in case I'd forgotten from last time! I love going to see her and will continue to!!!!
This place is for real! The staff are all super professional, friendly, exceptionally fast and talented waxers. I just book the best time for my schedule and whomever I get (this time it was Samantha who was 10/10) is always incredible. I’m in and out in 15 mins or less, all clean and feeling good. Great prices too for the quality of service. Couldn’t recommend enough and will never trust another salon with my bush.

I went there twice, the first time I went and I paid for hard wax and got the service of soft wax and I had a really bad allergic reaction. The second time I made sure I noted I have to use hard wax, and I even told the technician that I can’t use soft wax I have bad allergic reaction to it. However, I think they still used soft wax on me. She didn’t wait for the wax to cool down and had to use a strip for waxing. I’m pretty sure it was soft waxing again. And I got back home and had a really bad allergic reaction again :( so terrible, like I’m getting charged for hard waxing service but didn’t get what I expected. Very bad.never coming back again I mean I’ve done waxing for years, I’ve never had this bad experience.
